PVC Laminated, Flush Faced Glazed Doors
We produce doors that combat the constant problem of door edge damage by trolley, buggies and bed_end contact.
The doors and lining come faced in 2mm PVC, or Laminates, post-formed around hardwood lipping’s, or exposed if required.
Factory glazed, these doors come with a smooth glazed hygiene system, a similar Eco system, flush beaded or bolection beaded.
Linings, stops and architrave come wrapped in the same protection.
There is no restriction on design, we manufacture to your design and ideas.
Vision panels can be manufacture to your own design, as long as they fall within the global tested area.
Door sets can be non fire or fire reted, FD30_FD60_ FD90_FD120min certified.
We also produce the ward dividing screens, now required in all Hospital wards with six bed pods.
